At Gunane Adventure, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To ensure a fair and transparent experience for both our customers and our company, we have established the following cancellation policies. These policies are designed to provide flexibility while also considering the costs and efforts involved in organizing and arranging our tours. Please read these policies carefully before making a booking.

1. Cancellation by the Customer:
1.1. Cancellation Timeframe:
- Day Tours (tours lasting less than 24 hours): Customers must cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
- Multi-Day Tours (tours lasting more than 24 hours): Customers must cancel at least 1 month before the scheduled start time.

1.2. Cancellation Fees:
- Day Tours: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- Multi-Day Tours: Cancellations made within  1 month of the scheduled start time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
1.3. No-shows: Customers who fail to show up for their scheduled tour without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
1.4. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 3 days from the date of cancellation. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

2. Cancellation by Gunane Adventure:
2.1. Minimum Group Size: Gunane Adventure reserves the right to cancel a tour if the minimum group size is not met. In such cases, customers will be notified at least 3 days in advance, and a full refund will be provided.
2.2. Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events, Gunane Adventure reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a tour. In such cases, customers will be offered the option to reschedule their tour or receive a full refund.

3. Booking Amendments:
3.1. Date/Time Changes: Customers may request changes to their booking dates or times, subject to availability and the policies outlined in Section 1.1.
3.2. Participant Changes: Customers may request changes to the number of participants in their booking, subject to availability and any applicable price adjustments.

The maximum capacity per group depends on the capacity of the vehicles. There are groups of 6 people, 10 people, 15 people, 18 people,  31 people, and 48 people.
